Building success through personal connections
Like many agents and advisors, I didn’t start my career in insurance, but I’ve always had a strong attraction to situations and roles that call for relationship building, good communications skills, and attention to detail.
Before joining IFC National Marketing, I was working in the hospitality industry, which is very much a people-focused, sales-driven environment, but I was looking for a change, and a position that would afford more room for personal and professional growth. When I found IFC, there was an immediate and strong cultural and professional fit, and I was thrilled when my initial part-time position evolved into a full-time role that allows me to work with independent insurance agents and financial advisors to help them find their perfect IMO partner in IFC.
Based on my work with agents, I believe they succeed when they feel confident, supported, and empowered. And that can only happen when they have honest guidance, practical resources, and someone they can count on for answers and strategy. Someone who answers the phone or returns that email without fail. Someone who hunts down the answer or the resource and follows through to make sure implementation goes smoothly. When agents have access to this level of support and know they’re not alone, they perform at a much higher level.
Agents and advisors who work with me can expect clear communication, responsiveness, and follow-through. I will work every day to earn your trust, and I’m here to support you strategically with everything from marketing needs to product positioning to finding ways to maximize your book of business.
Being part of the IFC family allows me to grow professionally while pursuing personal passions and challenging myself. For example, I’m currently training to run a half marathon and I love to travel and take in live music, and working for IFC affords me the flexibility to do these things while forging relationships with people beyond the workplace.
