Breakfast meetings are my jam
There’s coffee. It’s a new day. I’m sitting with someone who wants to grow a business or launch a marketing campaign, negotiate a complex contract or add a product line. I love it. People are the best part of my job. Problem-solving with them, helping them make a plan and coaching them through it is exactly what I want to be doing right now.
I think that’s why IFC is such a great fit. It has so much to offer agents, so many ways to help them find success. My expertise in go-to-market strategies and critical thinking is founded in 20 years of industry experience, progressing from an individual sales consultant to sales support manager. Now I combine that background with IFC resources to help agents set a vision and accelerate their progress toward it.
But even more than that, IFC has that family feel where people still pop in to visit with clients and make time to meet face-to-face. That resonates with me. As someone who holds dear to family and friends, finding an organization that values family as much as I do is important.
My role as Regional Director of Health & Medicare for Wisconsin and Illinois keeps me near my family in Madison, while also letting me grow new relationships as a mentor, coach, and friend.
Everyday, I work with agents to help them achieve their dreams. For some, that may mean providing one answer to one question. For others, it may mean helping them get their books in order to prepare a succession plan, or sharing why it could be a smart move to add Medicare to their business line.
Every day and every agent is different. My favorite agents are those who ask for help. Because when they ask for help, I know we’re in it together and as a team, we can put together a winning strategy. Preferably over breakfast.
