The Support Agents Need, With None of the B.S.
As a busy mom of five, I found my way into health insurance, and in particular into Medicare, in 2011. After taking a seasonal job during Medicare AEP at UnitedHealthcare, I discovered that not only was I good at helping people understand the complexities of Medicare, but I truly enjoyed the industry and found it personally fulfilling to help members find the best policy for their needs.
To me, selling Medicare isn’t a typical sales job because everyone needs to get Medicare insurance (at least in my opinion), but beneficiaries need help wading through the policy details and application process. And independent agents play a crucial role in helping Medicare beneficiaries organize their personal health information, while guiding them through a process that often feels intentionally difficult and confusing. My job at IFC National Marketing is to make sure agents are equipped to do this well.
Supporting You From a Place of Truth. Agents tell me they appreciate my straightforward, honest approach, and that they can trust I’m never going to tell them something that I don’t know to be factually, 100% true. That includes everything from product and carrier details to the benefits of contracting with IFC. I won’t leave anything out. There is no “too good to be true.” I believe the most important thing I can do for agents is to guide and support them from a place of truth.
As part of the IFC team in Florida, we take time to assess your situation and needs, and then we connect you with our IFC onboarding and product experts to make sure you’re established and trained to hit the ground running, so you can sell the products your clients need. Our Florida team also employs virtual peer-to-peer networking and development so you can learn from other agents who are, or have been, in your shoes.
I welcome the opportunity to talk with you and learn about your situation and needs. Let me help you cut through the clutter and put IFC’s solutions and expertise to work so you can exceed your business goals.
