Personally, my good luck is working at IFC National Marketing. Having joined the organization nearly 10 years ago, I’m among the longest-serving employees, and I still count my blessings each day I walk into the office. 

As Director of Medicare, Individual, and Group Products Support, I lead an outstanding team of problem-solvers. I believe my team is the best. Each is a licensed agent, so they understand your challenges. Together, we’ve built solid working relationships with our carriers and partners, and we maintain deep connections that help us solve even the most difficult issues. 

On a daily basis, we work with agents and prospective agents to answer questions about healthcare products, coverage changes, carrier changes, and how to address situations that might arise with their clients. We also make sure you have the print and digital materials you need to market your business and educate clients about their healthcare options, especially during key selling periods like the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.
