New IFC program delivers trained Medicare agents to your door

Medicare enrollment has grown by 5.1 million beneficiaries since 2019, and with 21% of the American population expected to be 65 or older by 2030, the demand for trained Medicare agents will be stronger than ever. This presents a tremendous opportunity for independent insurance agents – if only trained Medicare agents weren’t so hard to find.

To help you serve more Medicare-eligible clients, IFC National Marketing has introduced a new program that will deliver Medicare agents to your door, trained, certified, and ready to produce. It’s staff augmentation for independent agents and agencies. Here’s how it works:

  1. IFC will locate and recruit potential agents, introducing candidates to you for consideration. 
  2. If you choose to retain any of these agents, IFC will  train them, and help them get licensed and certified to sell Medicare products for your agency. Agents will be trained and licensed to sell all regional and national carriers, along with products like health insurance, dental and vision, and hospital indemnity.
  3. IFC will also train agents on Medicare 101 presentations and how to conduct cold calls for a Turning 65 lead program. We will teach them how to use quoting systems and how to interpret CMS rules, guidelines, and best practices and will train them on ethical communication and persuasion skills.
